Henderson Co. Man Faces More than a Dozen Charges

A 20-year-old Henderson County man has been arrested and charged with the same number of counts as years he has been alive. James Carter Millinder of Lexington was arrested Saturday by Henderson County deputies. He was wanted on 20 different warrants related to theft, vandalism and burglaries in the area. Millinder faces similar additional charges in Scotts Hill. He is currently being held at the Henderson County jail. His bond is set at just less than $74,000
