Charges Filed In Frat Fight

Two former Murray State football players have been arrested after a fight at a fraternity house.

Murray police say charges against 23-year-old Victor Daniels and 23-year-old Ryan Walker, both of Murray, stem from a March 3 altercation at the Alpha Tau Omega house. Daniels is charged with sex abuse and Walker is charged with assault.

Police said in a statement that 21-year-old Devin Graves of Murray was injured in a dispute that began with a female being harassed.

Linda Graves told WPSD-TV (http://bit.ly/xLTPcH ) that her son suffered a broken jaw because he tried to defend the young woman.

The university says it is investigating and has suspended the fraternity from campus activities.

The Calloway County jail listed Daniels and Walker as inmates on Tuesday, but did not list whether they had attorneys.
