The attorney for the City of Jackson appeared in court, Monday whee a judge set a hearing date of April 10 for a public nuisance hearing. The city is asking a judge to close down The Mix Factory, Taboo and Desperados, based on the number of police calls and disturbances at each. On April 10, the club owners will have a chance to defend themselves. Until the judge makes his ruling, all three clubs remain open.
