Former Deputy Guilty of Child Porn Charges

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.-A former Henderson County deputy has been found guilty on federal child pornography charges. A federal jury in Memphis convicted Robert Stacy Kilgore Wednesday on four separate charges involving pornographic material he made of a 10-year-old girl and shipped across state lines. Kilgore remains in federal custody awaiting his June 14 sentencing. He faces up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
