Home Catches Fire in Alamo

From Crockett County, a Wednesday morning fire heavily damaged a home in Alamo, Wednesday morning in the 100 block of Mulberry Street Extended. Fire investigators said a woman boiling ribs called the Alamo Fire Department after her kitchen caught fire. No one was hurt. The kitchen suffered damage along with smoke damage to the rest of the home. 15 people along with six pieces of equipment responded to put out the fire.
