JEA Closes Part Of Royal Street

If you are planning to drive on North Royal Street Sunday night, you might want to take another route. Jackson Energy Authority has temporarily closed two lanes of North Royal street Sunday night from East Orleans and Depot Street, according to the city’s engineering department. JEA is closing off the lanes so it can replace some water mains. The lanes will open back up at 5:30 a.m. Monday, in time for your morning commute.
