Jackson Parks and Recreation Host Easter Egg Hunt
Jackson Parks and Recreation hosted its annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday. Toddlers to ten year olds were up bright and early this morning on the hunt for eggs. This is the second year for the event. There were egg scrambles, free refreshments, balloons, and plenty of prizes for all. ” To come out in the community and enjoy each others company, and everyone was helping each others kids out, so it was a really fun opportunity for all the kids,” said parent Amanda Casey. The Easter bunny was there to capture photos off all participants who reportedly hunted for 7500 eggs.
