The grand jury indicted three people charged in the November robbery of the Lenny’s Sub Shop on Vann Drive. Brother and sister Nicolas and Meloney Robinson will be tried on charges of aggravated robbery. Investigators said Meloney Robinson robbed the restaurant at knife-point and her brother served as her getaway driver. Jonathan Freeman, 20, who was working at Lenny’s at the time of the robbery, was indicted for filing a false police report. Officers said he also allowed the Robinsons to use his car during the robbery. At the time of his arrest, Freeman was on probation for a 2010 marijuana possession charge.
