Hardin Co. School Board Rescinds Superintendent Suspension
The Hardin County school board rescinded its suspension of John Thomas Monday, and will let him continue to be Director of Schools. It was an 8-to-2 vote to rescind Thomas’ suspension. Board members recently voted to suspend him after he was indicted on a charge of bringing a gun onto a school campus. About two weeks ago, the board interviewed a candidate for the interim superintendent position, but now will no longer need an interim to fill in.
