UPDATE: Gardner has surrendered to authorities. He is in the Madison County Jail. ORIGINAL STORY: A Jackson man is wanted after a reported rape in Madison County. According to the Madison County Sheriff‘s Office, a 38-year-old female reported that she was raped in her west Madison County home, Saturday. Investigators said Roy Gardner, Jr., 37, is suspected of committing the crime. Warrants have been issued charging him with two counts of rape, false imprisonment and aggravated domestic assault.
