A Jackson man is behind bars, accused of using a vacuum cord to tie up his girlfriend inside a south Jackson home Around 2, Thursday morning, Robert Schucker, 42, was arrested on charges of aggravated domestic assault and vandalism after investigators said he used the cord to tie his girlfriend’s wrists and neck, then broke her cell phone by throwing it against a wall. He remains jailed until his first court appearance, Friday morning.
