Book Sale
The Jackson Madison County Library will hold its annual book sale at the library downtown June 8th, 9th and 10th. The hours will be 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Library Foundation and the Friends of the Library encourage everyone to take advantage of this great opportunity to find fantastic deals on books, CDs, movies, music and other items. Each year, book lovers, book collectors and book sellers come to Jackson from throughout West Tennessee to shop at the Book Sale. Many books are new. All items are in good condition.
All proceeds from the sale go to the Jackson Madison County Library. Funds raised help the library to provide betters books, materials, equipment and activities for the community. These proceeds allow the Summer Reading Program to provide outstanding guests such as Magician Scott Humston and Bob Tarter and his exotic animals. The Book Sale is the library‘s largest annual fundraiser. For more information, call the Jackson Madison County Library at 731-425-8600.
