Charges Against Medon Man Dismissed

Charges against a man from Medon accused of raping a teenage boy have been dismissed. Andrae Stewart, 34, was arrested in January on three counts of aggravated statutory rape involving a 14-year-old boy. But after his preliminary hearing, Thursday, in Jackson City Court, the charges were dismissed.
