Milan Officer Accused of Sexual Battery Faces Judge

MILAN, Tenn. – A Milan Police Officer accused of sexual battery by an authority figure appeared in court, Thursday. Adam Scott Martin faces the charge in connection with allegations he touched a 19-year-old female family member inappropriately. His court appearance had been delayed while the regular judge was on vacation. Martin remains free on $15,000 bond. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 14 in Gibson County General Sessions Court in Trenton.
