DYER COUNTY, Tenn.- A Dyer County constable and former Halls Police officer is being bars tonight, accused of preying on a young child. TBI agents arrested Derick Shane Hundley, 29, this weekend on one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. He was arrested in Dyer County, but is being held at the Obion County jail. Hundley was scheduled to appear before a judge, Monday morning, but the court clerk could not confirm that because the case had been sealed by a judge. Both the TBI and FBI are investigating Hundley.
