AL House Speaker to Speak at Troy Graduation
Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard is to give the commencement address at Troy University’s graduation ceremony. The ceremony is at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the university’s sports arena, Sartain Hall, on the Troy campus. A release from the speaker’s office said Hubbard would challenge the graduates to pursue their professional careers with confidence and to work hard so that their generation will be recognized as one of Alabama’s greatest. In an excerpt from the speech, the speaker urges each new graduate to be a “shining ambassador” for Troy University.
