JACKSON, Tenn. – Many people in West Tennessee are finding a way to make money in a tough economy. Plasma Biological Services, Incorporated offers people in need a unique opportunity to help others but also help themselves. Anthony Hill said he has been donating since 2004 and says it has become a way to make ends meet. “During the week for gas or you know if you were a smoker even for groceries,” said Hill. Donors can earn $50 dollars per visit, which usually takes an hour. Most importantly, the plasma helps trauma victims and people with hemophilia.
