Man Charged with Sexual Battery against Minor

JACKSON, Tenn.- An Oakfield man, who faced several charges of sexual battery involving an authority figure was in court, Friday. Frederick Gray, Senior, 38, appeared in General Sessions Court for his preliminary hearing on charges of sexual battery by an authority figure. On June 15, Madison County investigators received information of inappropriate sexual activity of a 15-year-old juvenile. Gray’s case was bound over to the Madison County Grand Jury. He was released on a $75,000 bond and was ordered not to have contact with the juvenile.
