Jackson Bank Robber Enters Guilty Plea

JACKSON, Tenn.- A Jackson man accused of robbing a bank earlier this year, then walking into a nearby hair salon and asking for a haircut has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of bank robbery. Trung Huynh withdrew his not guilty plea, Friday instead of pleading guilty to the charge. Back in April, investigators said Huynh robbed the Regions Bank on North Parkway in Jackson then walked across the parking lot to a salon and offered dye-stained money for a haircut or for them to call a taxi. His sentencing is scheduled for November 30.
