Man Wanted in Major Theft Case in Henderson Co.

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.- Henderson County deputies are asking for help finding a man they said is linked to a sizable theft. The victims in the case are even offering a reward to anyone who knows where he is. Randy Russell, 41, is considered a person of interest ina major theft, though investigators have not said whet he may have taken.
