Bells Across America
Jackson-Madison Chapter DAR will celebrate the 225th anniversary of the signing of the US Constitution with a joint city/county proclamation, reading of the Preamble to the Constitution, and ringing of bells. Special guest will be Madison County Mayor Jimmy Harris. Free and open to the public.
