Exercise Classes to be Offered at Health Fair

JACKSON, Tenn.- This Saturday’s West Tennessee Health Fair, sponsored by West Tennessee Health Care is featuring new exercise programs to encourage those who attend to integrate the exercise into their daily routine. Classes will be offered every hour starting at 8 a.m. in the Miss Tennessee Room at the Carl Perkins Civic Center during Saturday’s Health Fair. This is the first year that the free classes will be offered as a learning tool for those who attend. Organizers said that the goal is to show that anyone can integrate the moves into their workouts. “It’s just something for everyage level and every variety of workout, whether you’ve never done something in your life all the way to the advanced or the athletes as well, said Chelsea Dunn, a physical therapist technician. The West Tennessee Health Fair is this Saturday, September 8 from 8 a.m. until 12 Noon at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. WBBJ-TV, ABC/CBS 7 and West Tennessee Health Care are sponsors of the event.
