Details Released in Fatal Humboldt Crash

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. – Humboldt police have released the identity of the man killed in a Wednesday evening crash. According to police, Jeremy Ballentine, 40, of Humboldt, was killed in the crash. He was the only occupant of the vehicle he was driving. His vehicle and another vehicle crashed on the US 45 Bypass South between Carriage Lane and Mitchell Street in Humboldt. The three people in the other vehicle involved in the crash were treated and released from Humboldt General Hospital.
