School Board Hears Presentations from Search Groups

JACKSON, Tenn- The search for a new superintendent for Jackson-Madison County Schools continues. Members of the school board met tonight discuss the on-going search for a new leader. The board also heard special presentations from two search committees, the Tennessee School Boards Association and BWP and Associates, which is aiding in the search. Earlier in September, current Superintendent Buddy White announced he would be retiring at the end of the school year. White has held the position for the last two school years.
