Bus Catches Fire in Carroll County

CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. – A bus fire held up traffic for a short time on Highway 70 in Carroll County, Tuesday morning. The driver said he smelled smoke, pulled over and saw flames coming from the back of the bus. Local firefighters rushed to the scene to extinguish the flames. Only the driver was on the bus at the time of the fire and he was able to escape without injury.
