Christmas Partners Assistance Program
Christmas Partners is an alliance of community organizations that work together to provide Christmas assistance to families of Jackson-Madison County that need help. How to Apply: Applications will be taken at 124 Allen Avenue in Jackson on October 19, 22, 23 and November 1, 2, 8, 9 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. To apply you need to bring: -Photo Identification -Social Security cars and/or numbers of all persons in the household -Department of Human Service or printout showing amount of food stamps and Family First you receive -Proof of income, recent check stub, child support, unemployment, VA Social Security and SSI, etc. -Rent or Mortgage Payment (recent) -Utility Bill (recent) No Phone Calls Please
