Suspects in Armed Robbery of Delivery Man Appear in Court

JACKSON, Tenn.- The four adults accused of robbing a pizza delivery man outside a vacant house in north Madison County, Monday evening were officially charged, Thursday. Joshua Evans, John Tart, Hunter Brinkley and Diamond Mitchell all appeared before a judge on numerous counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Mitchell faces an additional count of possessing stolen property. The four, along with a 17-year-old are accused of attacking the delivery driver outside a home on Meadowood venue. Thanks to a watchful neighbor their vehicle was spotted and the five were quickly arrested. A transfer hearing for the 17-year-old is scheduled for November 14.
