Victim’s Family Speaks Out about Graphic Photos

HENDERSON COUNTY Tenn.- According to Lexington Police, Adam Cary, 33, was arrested and charged Monday with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Cary is accused of having inappropriate photos of a young teen on his cell phone. Family members of the victim have come forward, and say they want justice. “It’s affected her at school, and with her friends. We don’t really like gong out in public because we feel like we are being talked about. I think the family just really deserves justice to be done,” said a family member. Family members of the man accused were asked to give their side of the story. They tell 7 Eyewitness News they are unwilling to make any statements at this time. The victims family said they thought he was someone they could trust. “Oh, we were floored. I mean, it actually made us sick to our stomach,” said the victims family member. Cary is expected back in court Monday at 8:30 a.m.
