JACKSON, Tenn. – A local food bank received a large load of donations Monday. Chick-fil-A delivered three truck loads of canned food collected through their “I Can” campaign to the Regional Interfaith Association. Donators brought in three cans of food to the Stonebridge Boulevard location and received a coupon for a chicken sandwich. RIFA officials said the food will go a long way. “This will help our food bank a lot with 3,402 pounds, will help tremendously last year alone we gave out 177,000 pounds of food, so that’s a lot but it will definitely go a long way,” said Lindsay Dawkins, RIFA Communications Coordinator.
