HENRY COUNTY, Tenn.- A Henry County grand jury has indicted four men in connection with an August fight inside a club near Paris that ended in a fatal shooting. Court papers showed Tevin Lumpkin, Jiles Yarbrough and Cody Harmon have each been indicted on a count of first degree murder. Yarbrough and Harmon were also indicted on an additional count of aggravated assault. A fourth man, Charles Liphford, was indicted on a less serious weapons count of having a handgun while under the influence. Investigators believe the four men were in Club Farenheit 101 on August 25 when they got into a fight with Eric Kinley, during which shots were fired and Kinley was killed.
