Jackson Police Investigating Early Morning Car Crash

JACKSON, Tenn. – Jackson Police are investigating a single-car wreck that sent one man to the hospital early Monday morning. Police said the wreck happened along North Parkway and the 45 Bypass around 1:30 a.m. They believe the driver of the SUV may have passed out, and ran into a fence and tree near the Jackson-Madison County School District’s central office. Investigators said the victim was transported to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. The driver was the only person in the vehicle, and his injuries are unknown at this time. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
