Narcotics Officers Find Meth Ingredients Near Home

JACKSON, Tenn. – A Jackson police officer made an unexpected discovery late Friday night. Jackson-Madison County narcotics officers said he was looking for someone with outstanding warrants, but instead found ingredients to make a meth lab. Officers said they found the ingredients in an out building in the backyard of a home in the 500 block of Chester Levee Road. Officers did not make any arrests, but said they are still investigating.
