JACKSON, Tenn.- Local law enforcement officers gathered Monday in Jackson to learn more about how to deal with gangs in West Tennessee. Agencies from across West Tennessee are attending the two-day course designed to give officers an in-depth understanding of gang activity. Monday’s program covered how to better identify and classify gang members and how to deal with them.
