Three Arrested in Henry County for Meth Bust with Child

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn.- A Henry County man has been arrested fro ling in his own home. The problem, metro officers said was that the house was quarantined since August of 2011 after a meth lab was uncovered. Officers said Larry Black, his son Billy Black and Chawntel Smith, along with a nine-day-old infant were living in the home in Springville when a clean-up crew arrived. Each was charged with attempt to commit aggravated child abuse and unlawfully entering a quarantined property. The infant is now in state custody and each remained jailed on bond.
