JACKSON, Tenn.- Congratulations to two of West Tennessee’s finest as they have been honored by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as the Jackson District’s Trooper and Dispatcher for 2012. After just two year on the job, Trooper Jason Kirk was awarded this honor. He led the district last year in all four quarters in DUI arrests. Also, Adam Forsythe has been awarded the Dispatcher of the Year. He has been instrumental in establishing training protocols. His supervisors said he displays the attributes that any dispatcher should strive to attain.
