MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Humboldt stumbled in the TSSAA Class 3A State Championship against Southwind. A tough shooting night would tell the tale for the Choctaws, who shot just 36.7% from the field. Future UT Vol Robert Hubbs scored only 12 points in the final game of his prep career. Humboldt went on to lose 76-53, finishing the 2012-13 season with a 31-4 record and a state runner-up trophy.
