Maplewood Residents Hunt for Easter Eggs

JACKSON, Tenn.- Some residents at a local at a skilled nursing facility in north Jackson had a little Easter fun,Thursday. Residents of Maplewood Healthcare facility took time to get out and hunt Easter eggs. Staff and residents say those taking part say that they look forward to a little fun. Residents said they enjoyed counting the eggs they found and the best part was, they got to eat them. “The fresh air, the sunshine, makes anyone feel better not only physically as well as mentally. It could be good for anyone not only the elderly,” said Jessica Witherspoon of Maplewood Healthcare. Maplewood staff members said it made them smile to see the residents they care for on a daily basis having some fun.
