Generals Win, Headed Back to Jackson for Fanfest

JACKSON, Tenn.- It is not how you begin, it is how you end, at least according to the Jackson Generals. West Tennessee’s home team posted their second straight shutout Monday afternoon, beating Jacksonville, 1-0. Jackson starters have not allowed a run in 23 innings dating back to last Friday night. The Generals will have a day off Tuesday for Fanfest and return to action for Jackson’s home opener on Wednesday against the Montgomery Biscuits, with the first pitch of the game going out at 7:05 p.m.
