Special Olympics Track and Field Day Canceled Due to Weather

JACKSON, Tenn.- Due to the threat of severe weather forecast for early Thursday, leaders are canceling the Special Olympics track & field event that was scheduled for Thursday. Special Olympics leaders say after conferring with USJ, they feel that their fields would still be too wet for use on Friday for softball toss, long jumps and the carnival.
