Maury worker dead in lawnmower rollover
COLUMBIA, Tenn. (AP) – A Maury County maintenance worker has been killed when a large lawnmower rolled over on him on a hill.
The Daily Herald (http://bit.ly/11EUHDQ ) reports the man’s body was discovered Monday morning by a passing motorist who saw the upside-down mower and stopped to investigate. The motorist called 911 after finding the worker, who was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical workers.
Officials did not immediately release the maintenance worker’s identity. Columbia police are investigating.
