Franklin man charged with arson after home burns

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (AP) – Authorities in Franklin say a man involved in a domestic dispute set his expensive home on fire in Franklin and then refused to come out.

The Tennessean reported police had to forcible remove the man from the burning house Wednesday night.

Police said 40-year-old Luther Cleveland Still, Jr. was arrested on a charge of aggravated arson.

Investigators said two children and a 19-year-old were in the home when it was torched. They got out safely.

Damage to the house was significant.
