Early Morning Wreck Sends Man to Hospital

JACKSON, Tenn. – A man is recovering in the hospital after a serious wreck early Saturday morning. Jackson police responded to the intersection of North Parkway and Dr. F.E. Wright Drive shortly before 1 a.m. Officers said the driver ran off the road and hit a light pole, causing his car to flip over. They said his injuries do not appear to be life threatening. The wreck is under investigation.
