Rape Suspect Now in Madison Co. Jail

JACKSON, Tenn.- A 20-year-old man, charged with having sex with a 14-year-old female is in the Madison County Jail after he was brought back from Texas. Norman Lee Byars, Jr., was indicted by the Madison County Grand Jury for statutory rape. He was brought back from Clarksville, Texas for his arraignment.
