Man Wanted for Stealing Catalytic Converters

JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson Police are looking for a suspects who they said stole a number of catalytic converters from cars located at two lots on South Highland Avenue. Investigators said the thieves cut through a fence to take 11 converters from car parked at Thompson’s Auto and another fence to take a number of converters from Car Mart located just across the street. The damage and thefts are estimated at $11,000. Police said a battery operated saw was used in the thefts.
