Police Identify Person of Interest, Determine She was not Involved in Robbery

JACKSON, Tenn. – JACKSON, Tenn. – Thursday, Jackson police issued a press release seeking assistance in identifying a person of interest in the armed robbery of a convenience store. Police released video surveillance images of a woman seen attempting to cash a lottery ticket at Pilot Travel Center in Jackson. The lottery ticket was reportedly stolen during the robbery. Investigators have identified and spoken with the woman. They said they feel that she had no knowledge or involvement in the robbery. The robbery investigation is ongoing.
