State Suspends Assisted Living Facility License

PARIS, Tenn.- The state has suspended the license of the Grand Pearle Assisted Living Center in Paris. State health department officials said their investigation determined evidence that supported emergency action against the 56-bed facility. All current residents have been referred to other appropriate facilities. The facility has the right to appeal.
