Case Against Trio in Burglary Bound Over to Grand Jury

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- The case against three charged in a May 17 burglary on Mifflin Road in east Madison County is headed to the grand jury. Kevin Cunningham, Jonathan Wade, and Jarodd Moore saw their cases sent to the grand jury during an appearance in court, Tuesday. Sheriff’s department investigators said they have recovered multiple items believed to have been taken from other burglaries or thefts in the eastern part of Madison County. Anyone who has been a victim of burglary or theft that occurred around May 17 are asked to contact the Madison County Sheriff’s Department at (731) 423-6000.
