JACKSON, Tenn.-Jackson police are asking for help finding a special needs man last spotted in north Jackson. James Edward Evans, 19, was last seen in the area of Volunteer Boulevard. He is 5 feet 6 and weighs 135 pounds. If you have seen him, call Jackson Police at (731) 425-8400.
