Indictment Handed Down Against Statutory Rape Suspect

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Madison County Grand Jury has indicted a man for allegedly having sex with a teen. According to a news release, Larry McIntosh, 24, was indicted for aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by an authority figure for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old female resident at Madison Oaks Academy on January 10, 2013. At the time of the alleged incident, McIntosh worked at Madison Oaks, which is a treatment center for juveniles with emotional and behavioral disorders. McIntosh is scheduled to be arraigned in Madison County Circuit Court on Monday, June 10, 2013. He is out of jail on $75,000 bond.
