HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.- A Henderson County deputy has been suspended after a complaint that is under investigation. According to the sheriff, Deputy Heath Delaney was suspended with pay following a complaint following an arrest earlier this month. The sheriff declined to release additional information. An internal investigation is underway.
